Kale is super healthy for you but hard to get down. Try this blend for a green drink in the morning. 2 sprigs kale 2 cups water 1/2 apple 1/2 peeled lemon 1 small carrot. blend until smooth.
I made a green drink with kale and didn't like it...maybe too much kale?? It was still pretty chunky no matter how much I blended it. I think it needed more liquid. I prefer spinach but maybe I'll try this recipe.
