This is great for anyone that wants to do a quick workout. They have tons of free videos of varying lengths and levels. Today I did the Rock Hard Arms ( 20 minutes). And the Yoga Stretch (10 minutes) I love doing a 5-10 minute stretching video after I run.
Sounds like a great way to get in a little extra exercise! What do you do with Christian when you train? Good luck on your upcoming triathlon and marathon. I haven't done serious running since Ethan was born... but I'm starting up again with a friend in 2 weeks after she's done vacationing... just 20 miles a week. I'm really excited about it!
